Delivery

  • Our E Scooters are shipped via DPD, FEDEX, UPS or Tuffnells Tracked, at a cost of £40 (excluding special promotions, which may include free shipping). We are currently offering free next working day delivery on all e-scooters in the UK and free shipping to the EU and USA.

  • To qualify for next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 12pm (Mon-Thurs) UK only. Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday will be sent on Monday, unless we instruct you otherwise.

  • All items will be dispatched within 24 hours of purchase, though please note that orders will not be dispatched over the weekend.

  • All electric scooter deliveries will need to be signed for.

Please be aware that Next Day Working Delivery is NOT guaranteed to the following destinations: Scottish Highlands, Northern Island, Channel / Offshore Islands. They will be delivered within two business days

EU and USA deliveries will vary, please see delivery times at checkout.

If the delivery is not signed for and no one is able to receive your delivery then our courier will put a card through your door allowing you to rebook a delivery with the courier or pick up the order from the depot. The electric scooter will be returned to us if the courier unsuccessfully attempts to deliver the order to you on 3 occasions. 

Returning products to us

If you are returning a scooter you must ensure that it is securely packed, ideally in its original box to allow safe transit. If you no longer have the durable box in which the scooter was shipped we can provide another one upon request, though we may charge for this.

The goods must be sent back to us within 14 days of you telling us you wish to place a return.  The customer must bear the cost of return shipping.
